Renee Good
DCDC Statement: Renee Good
The DCDC condemns the killing of Renee Nicole Good, a 37 year old American citizen and mother of 3, by an ICE officer in Minneapolis. The fatal shooting of an American citizen in her residential neighborhood is the tragic result of ICE’s aggressive, chaotic and undisciplined attack on our communities in the name of immigration control and enforcement. We call on Senators Schumer and Gillibrand and Congressman Riley to step up, demand an investigation of ICE from top to bottom and slash the 73 billion dollars allocated for ICE in the OBBB.

Up Close and Personal: Middletown’s District 3
One story stood out in particular: a two-person Middletown team who canvassed their own neighborhood—Election District ED03. Their mission? Knock on the doors of every single registered Democrat before the November 2025 vote. That meant 120 doors—and they did it!
In the News
New York’s real political shift in 2025.
